Turno offers a way for hosts to gather project information in a spreadsheet file for more accessible viewing than the in-app schedule. Create a project report to view your projects information in one single file.

Creating your report

To generate a project report, go to Projects > Reports on the website version of Turno. (generating reports is currently only available on our website).

You will see a few options that you can edit for your report - you can give it a name, select a date range, choose filters, and check/uncheck the columns you want it to include.

On the "Filter by" card, you can use the drop down menus to choose which properties you want to include in your report, which teammate, and which project types. You can also check/uncheck "Only completed projects" to make your report only show projects that are already complete, and "Only assigned projects", to make your report only show projects that have a teammate assigned.

On the "Columns" card, you can check/uncheck to select whether you want your report to have a column for each of the project attributes available.

(You can select from project ID, booking source, project type, property alias, property group, address, city, state, country, zip/postal code, requested start date and status, requested end date and time, start date and time, end date and time, total guests, teammate, teammate location, total time spent, completed (yes/no), price, total spent, paid via Turno (yes/no), payment amount, payment description, payment type)

Downloading your report

Once you have selected everything you want to show on your report, click "Create report" to start generating it. You can see a queue of your requested reports at the bottom of the page.

You will notice that at first it will show as pending. It may take a few minutes to generate a report, depending on how many projects it spans. When your report is ready, we will notify you so you can download it.

The buttons to the right of each report entry are to "Download" your report as a spreadsheet file, "Run again", or "Delete" the report entry.
