The logistics of giving access to your property to a cleaner could cause some worry. But Turno makes it easy! You can share a lock code or keys location with your teammates through Turno in a simple and safe manner. Here is how.
Through your property settings
You can enter a lock code on your property settings to show to teammates on your projects.
You can write any text here, not just numbers, up to 255 characters. So you can enter brief instructions on how to get a key if you don't use a lock code.
Teammates will only see the key lock code or instructions to access this property after accepting projects associated with it.
Through an integration
You can share lock codes or KeyNest codes with your teammates through an integration with RemoteLock or KeyNest.
On your Integrations page, scroll all the way down to see our Property Access integrations.
Here you can connect your KeyNest or RemoteLock account with Turno to share codes with your teammates.
KeyNest
Click "Connect" below the KeyNest option to connect your account with Turno. You will be prompted to log in to your KeyNest account and allow access to share your codes from there. Then you will be able to associate each of your listings on KeyNest to its respective listing on Turno.
The code will be available for your teammate to view on the "Key lock code" field of your projects once they are assigned.

RemoteLock
Click "Connect" below the RemoteLock option to connect your account with Turno. You will be prompted to sign in to RemoteLock and authorize access. Then you will be able to link each of your properties on RemoteLock with a property on Turno, to show their codes on your projects to teammates.
The code will show in the "Key lock code" field to teammates after they accept the project.
