If you don't have a same-day check-in, you may want to let your cleaners know that you're not in a rush to have your unit cleaned. With our flexible cleaning window enabled, your cleaners know that a project can be completed later.

Enable flexible cleaning window

To enable this setting, go to your property settings in the website version of Turno. Select the property you want to enable it for, and navigate to the "Scheduling" tab.

Next, click the card for "Cleaning Settings and Flexible Cleaning Window"

You can choose to have a cleaning window with or without disinfection buffers.

If you add disinfection buffers, your calendar will allocate time to make sure your property is disinfected between a clean and a booking.

Without disinfection buffers will make your projects fill all days between one booking and the next.

You can choose a limit for how many days after check-out you want your projects to span, from 1 to 8.

Projects will span less days than your limit if your next booking starts sooner. So for example, if we set our cleaning window to up until 3 days after check-out, a project will be available for cleaners to complete until that limit. But if a booking starts sooner, the project will span less days.
