Your schedule page is where you see all of your bookings and projects. It has plenty of information about what is happening on your account. This page is your central hub for viewing and managing your rental cleaning schedule. Here, you can easily see your upcoming projects, assign cleaners, and create new projects when necessary.
This article will help you navigate this page so you can make the most of your Turno account.
The schedule page as shown in this article is only available on the website version of Turno. Your host schedule page on the Turno for Hosts mobile app will only show your projects, without your bookings, and some of the settings presented here are not available on the mobile app.
Accessing the schedule page
You will find your schedule page under Projects > Schedule.
This page as we will review here is only available on the website version of Turno. On the mobile app, we don't display your bookings, only your projects.
The schedule view
On your schedule page, you will see your bookings and projects in a visual manner.
By default, your schedule will display as a timeline. You can change the view between 1, 3, 7, 15 or 30 days to show on the timeline. You can also display it as a monthly calendar, show the hours of the current day, or go to your projects list page.
Add manual project
On the top left of the schedule page you will find a button to create a manual project unrelated to your bookings. This option lets you add a project to your schedule that can be a different type, and even be reoccurring.
This guide from our help center explains in detail how to use this feature:
Calendar settings
Here you can change a few settings regarding the information you see on your schedule page - you can edit the layout density, whether to show your bookings along with projects, and some calendar preferences.
These settings only have cosmetic effect, so it's okay to play around with them to see how you prefer to show your schedule page.
Layout density
Here you can choose how much information to show on your project and booking bubbles, between compact (less information), default (enough information) and comfortable (more complete information).
Show bookings
Toggle this setting on or off to show your bookings along with your projects, or to only show projects.
This setting does not affect whether your teammates can see your bookings or not. We do not share your bookings with teammates, only information about your when your next booking starts. If your sync method can import the number of guests to Turno, your teammates will be shown the information on their side, on the project card.
Calendar preferences
Here you can choose a few preferences for your calendar
preferred time format - AM-PM or 24 hours)
first day of the week - Sunday or Monday
business hours - edit when to start and when to end the day
collapse projects - show a button to see more projects when there are more than three projects on a day. This is useful for packed schedules to avoid seeing too much information on your schedule page.
Filters
On the top of the schedule page, you will find a "Filters" button. Click it to choose how to filter your projects so you can see only the ones you want.
You can filter projects by status, project type, project ID, property, property group and by teammate. You can also toggle if you want to show only properties that have projects.
You can apply more than one filter at a time, and you can select more than one project type, property, property group and/or teammate. So you can, for example, choose a property and a teammate to show only projects from that property that are assigned to that specific teammate.
Filters can be applied on the mobile app version of Turno, but they cannot be saved as views on mobile.
Schedule views
Once you have selected filters, you can turn your selection into a schedule view. This allows you to apply the same filters with one click without having to re-select them every time.
To make a filter selection into a view, click My Views on the top right, then click "save new view" while you have your filters on.
You will be prompted to enter a name for this view. You can also check the box to "Set as my default view" to see your schedule with these filters applied by default every time you access it.
Clicking "Save" will save your view so you can select it again at any time. Views include your selection to display your schedule as a monthly calendar or as a timeline too.
You can edit views after saving them to change their default status and their name.
Manual sync button
On the top right corner of the schedule page, you will find a button to manually sync your bookings. It looks like two arrows forming a circle. You can use this option to try to bring through any bookings that you know you have on your calendar, but aren't coming through to Turno automatically.
Click the manual sync button and then "Sync again now". You will be asked to confirm the re-sync and then your schedule will refresh. You may need to refresh the page if the booking doesn't show right away.
Viewing projects
Clicking a project will open its summary card, where you can see information about it, such as the alias and color of the property, the project type, teammate assigned (if any), project price, and start and end times of the project.
On this card you also have a button to edit the project, and a button to access more details.
Clicking "Details" will open a full card with more information to the right of the page.
Here you can see:
project type
alias and color of the property
the teammate assigned
the project ID #
start and end time of the project
the project history of actions
your checklist associated with the project/property
inventory list
unresolved problems
cleaning/project images (if the teammate has added any, both to the project or checklist)
the price of the project
the address of the property
next booking info (if available)
