As a Turno host, you can set up a property manager profile to advertise your services as a property manager or other host services you provide. Learn how to set this up here.

This feature is currently available for hosts with an annual subscription or complimentary subscription on at least 3 properties.

Setting up your property manager profile

To start, go to your Property Manager Profile page. There, you will see fields to fill out with your personal information, such as a profile picture and your name; and your business info: a picture and a name.

You will also be prompted to write a bio. Make sure you don't include company names, websites, street addresses, email addresses, phone number, or social media handles.

Scrolling down, you will see the field to select your service area - start typing an address or general area, and select the correct one from the Google auto complete drop down. You can also set the range you want your profile to be advertised to.

Enter the host services you offer. From the drop down, select from:

  • Guest Messaging

  • Listing Optimization

  • Dynamic Pricing

  • Cleaning Coordination

  • Channel Distribution

  • 24/7 Emergency Phone

  • Partial Management

  • Automated Messages

Include a description of your services. Make sure to not include company names, websites, street addresses, email addresses, phone number, or social media handles.

Once you fill out all fields, you will be able to submit your profile for review. Our team will review it and approve it or ask you to revise it.

When your profile is ready and public, other hosts in the area range you set up will be able to send you an email or text message to the contact information you use on Turno (we do not share your information publicly. Hosts who want to contact you will be able to trigger a message to you through Turno to initiate contact).
