As a cleaner, you can't remove yourself from projects you have accepted or been assigned to. However, you can click a button on your side to trigger a notification to your customer, letting them know that you'd like to be removed.
⚠️ Use this feature whenever you wish to be removed from a project before you contact us. It is always best if you ask to be removed in-app first and let your customer be the one to do it to avoid misunderstandings. We can remove you from a project on our end as long as there are 3 days until the project begins.
On the mobile app 📱
Find the project in your Projects screen and tap on it to open its details.
On the project details screen, you will see the option to "Ask to be removed from this project", located right under the start and end time of the project:
You will be asked to confirm. If you are sure, tap "Yes, ask to be removed"
Once you confirm, you will see a confirmation that your customer has been notified.
If your customer is using the mobile app with notifications on, they should receive a push notification letting them know that you asked to be removed. They can tap the notification to open their Host app and remove you from the project.
On the website 💻

To start, access your schedule page here:

Find the project on your schedule page:
Click the project to open its card. Then click "Ask to be removed from this project":
You will be asked to confirm. If you are sure, click "Yes, ask to be removed"
From the Projects list 🗄️
Access your projects list page here:

Find the project in in your projects list and click on it to open its details. Then click on "Ask to be removed from this project":
You will be asked to confirm. If you are sure, tap "Yes, ask to be removed"
Once you confirm, you will see a confirmation that your customer has been notified. Your customer will be notified of your request on their end:
