Turno can grant you a free subscription if you use certain channel managers to sync your bookings. You may become eligible for this deal under specific circumstances, so read on to know more! 🥁

What is a Turno subscription? 💡

When you use Turno with your own teammates (added to your team by invite), you can use the cleaning schedule for free if you add them to only one property. Once you add invited teammates to more than one of your properties, you will be prompted to choose a subscription plan in order to continue to schedule projects of any type.

Your subscription price is calculated based on how many properties are using invited teammates. You can learn more about Turno subscriptions on our pricing page and our help center article on how subscriptions work.

If you sync your bookings from one (or more) of our partners, all properties that are linked with that platform will be considered "complimentary" and will not count towards your subscription price.

What makes me eligible for a free Turno subscription? 💡

To be eligible, your Turno account must be connected with one of the partner channel managers that offer a complimentary subscription deal (listed above). All Turno properties that are synced to one of these partners through API integrations will be considered a free property.

For information on how to sync with your booking platform via integration, the following guide:

Be aware that we cannot identify that your property is connected to a partner platform if you just add an iCal link to it. For information on the difference between the two ways to sync, see this guide:

All Turno properties linked to a partner offering a complimentary subscription are considered non-billable, regardless of how many calendars or integrations are attached to them. In other words, your property doesn't have to be exclusively connected to the complimentary subscription partner to stay free.

⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️

A property that has no calendars, or that is not integrated to a partner, will be considered billable as long as you use invited (non-marketplace) teammates on it.

Be sure to link all properties you wish to be non-billable to your integrated platform in your integration settings. This ensures that your properties qualify as free and that your account generates cleaning projects.

My subscription renewed before the partner deal. What does this mean for me? 💡

Turno subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable. In case a partner deal with your platform is announced right after your subscription is renewed, we can provide you credit for the time you paid.

This credit is prorated based on the decrease in the number of billable properties during the period you've paid for. If you add a new billable property not connected to a partner platform, it will first use up the available credit instead of incurring in a charge. You will only be charged for any new properties after your credit has been used up.

For example, it is possible to add more billable properties and not pay for them for a few billing cycles, depending on the number of properties that became free with the partner deal and on the generated credit you have left. Chat with our support team, or send an email to [email protected] if you need any assistance with your subscription.
