Instant bids give you the ability to send automatic bids to offers as soon as they are sent. You can set your bid prices for properties with 0 to 10 bedrooms. Using instant bids ensures immediate response to offers, and faster interaction with potential customers, offering a convenient bidding experience for all parties involved.
Enabling Instant Bids
In order to have access to the Instant Bids option for your cleaner account, there are two requirements you must meet.
Standard marketplace access level or higher
At least 10 marketplace projects completed on your account
Instant Bids will only be available if both criteria are met. ⚠️
Why are instant bids not enabled if I meet the criteria?
Instant bids become available as part of your access level update, so it's possible that you can't set yours immediately after you reach standard access or complete 10 marketplace projects.
To maintain access to Instant Bids, make sure you maintain your access at Standard level or higher at all times. ✅

Setting Up Instant Bids
When Instant Bids become available for your account, access the Turno website and click on the menu icon at the top left of the screen to open the sidebar. Select the Marketplace Offers section - there you'll be able to set your instant bids as you prefer, or edit them if you have already set them.
Once Instant Bids are available, the banner on your account will display a Set Up Instant Bids button.
Following the activation of this option, the banner will switch to displaying a button that reads Manage Instant Bids instead.
Setting Up Instant Bids
When you click to manage your Instant Bids, you'll be redirected to a screen with a few sections.
Click 'Save Instant Bids' to apply your changes.
The next time you receive an offer, your account will send a bid automatically, with your price for the amount of bedrooms described in the offer. You can edit these bids later if you need.
