Projects on Turno usually take place after a guest leaves, so the property will be ready for your next guest to enjoy their stay. However, we are very glad to present the "Check-in/Welcoming" project, a great way to have your guest know the features and any relevant information about your property to make the most out of their time with your business.

What is a Check-in/Welcoming project?

This project type serves as a guide to your property. By having a teammate in position whenever your guest arrives, they will be able to show them the property, warn them about any ongoing issues, and relay any specific guidelines you may want to make the guest aware of.

How does it work and when should I use it?

This new project type is intended to start with your guest's arrival, with a teammate at the property to welcome guests to your rental.

The process of having a Check-in/Welcoming project created is just like any other manual project. You can access your "Projects" screen and then click on "Add manual project":

Here you will be able to choose the project type and pick "Check-in/Welcoming":

Just remember to schedule it to meet the arrival time of your guest. Like any other project, these projects can also have checklists attached to them, so feel free to customize your check-in/welcoming project to suit your needs.
