How To Reply To a Review From a Customer

Show your gratitude or resolve misunderstandings after a customer leaves a review for you

Did you receive a review from a customer and want to tell them you appreciate it? Or maybe they mentioned something that isn't entirely true and you want to clarify? We got you covered! Turno allows you to reply to reviews so you can show customers how responsive you are. Here's how to use this feature.

It's really easy to reply to reviews, and you can reply to all reviews you have on your profile. To start, go to your Reviews page on the website version of Turno.

On this page, you will find your current rating and the reviews you have received.

To start replying to a review, click or tap the "Reply" button below the one you want to reply to.


A pop-up will come up, with the review and a field for you to type your reply. In case the text is longer, you may need to scroll up or down to see it.


Write your reply and click or tap "Send Reply". Remember, this is the only time you will be able to edit your reply - once you send it, it will not be possible to reopen it to make changes.


You will be asked to confirm that your reply is ready to be submitted. Click or tap "Yes, send the reply" to confirm. If you're not done yet, you can click or tap "Edit message" to go back and continue to edit it.


Once you confirm, you will see a banner on the top of the page confirming that your reply has been sent. Our team will receive your reply to review.

To ensure your reply is approved, keep your language polite and professional, and avoid including any personal information.


If everything is in order, your reply will be accepted and will show on your Reviews page below the review you replied to.
