Invite your customers from outside of Turno to use the app with you

Besides using Turno to find new customers, you can also use the app with your existing customers from outside of the marketplace. Using Turno with your invited customers is free on your end, and you can use it to receive payments automatically too!

Inviting a customer 🗒️

To invite a customer to use Turno with you, you will just need their email address or phone number. On the mobile app, go to the "More" section and select "My Customers"

Select the "Invites" tab and then tap the button to "Invite Customer"

This will take you to a page where you can enter your customer's information to invite them. You can invite a customer either by email or phone number.


Once you click "Send Invitation", we will send a link to your customer that they can use to create a Turno account. If they use the link in your invite, their new account will be automatically connected with you.

If your customer already has a Turno account with the email address or phone number you use to invite them, you will be connected with them right away.

⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️

You can only invite customers that have never interacted with you on Turno. Interactions include marketplace offers that you received from the customer and bids you sent to them.

If you invite a customer from outside of Turno and get an error message saying we can't connect you by invite, contact our support team for assistance.

You can see customers you are connected with on your Customers page.
