Your marketplace profile is an essential part of your Turno account if you use the app to find new customers. It could mean the difference between your bids getting accepted or not.
How to edit your profile 📝
To start editing your profile, go to the three dots/More section of the app. There, tap your profile picture to view your marketplace profile. Tap on it again to go to the "Edit Profile" page. On the web version, tap your profile picture on the top right and then select "Marketplace Profile".
Note: it is only possible to edit your marketplace profile after completing your application to join the marketplace. Before finishing your application process, you will only be able to edit your name and your address.
Personal Information 🪪
In this section you can edit your personal information such as your name and bio. Your name must match the name on the ID document you provided for your application. Your bio must not contain information like phone numbers, addresses or company names.
⚠️ Note: You cannot include personal information in your bio. Information that is not allowed includes addresses, last names, email addresses, company names, social media handles, and any other information that may enable you to be found outside of Turno.
If you request changes to your bio with personal information, it will be erased from your new bio when we review your changes.
Photos of my work 📸
In the "Photos of my Work" section, you can upload pictures of cleanings you've performed. You can add before and after photos as well as individual photos.

Business information and social networks 📱
In this section you can enter your business name and website if you have one. Right below you can enter a few social media handles, such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Twitter/X.
Service area 📌
Here you can edit your address in case you need to change the area where your account is located.
Request changes ✅
Make sure you click the button to "Request Changes" at the bottom of the page once you're ready to save. This will ensure that your changes are sent to our team to review. Changes to your profile must be reviewed to make sure there is no information on your profile picture or bio.
