You can change the language of your Turno account to make your experience even more comfortable. Turno is originally in English, but it is currently also localized to Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, and Italian.
This setting will not affect the currency of your account. Currencies are determined exclusively on host accounts, in the property settings.
On the mobile app 📱
To change the language of your account on either of our mobile apps (host or cleaner), go to the "More" section (three dots icon on the bottom right), and then tap the cogwheel icon to open your settings.
Tap "Account" to access your account settings.
On the next page, you can edit your contact information (email address and phone number), and change your password as well, Scroll down to see your "Language and Regional" settings. Tap the "Language" option to open the menu with all the languages currently available.
Select the language you wish to change your account to, and tap "Update Account" at the bottom to apply your changes.
On the website 💻
To change the language of your Turno account on the website version of Turno with either account type (host or cleaner), click on your profile picture or initials on the top right of the page, then select "Account".
Next, click the drop down menu under "Language and Time" to open it.
Select the language you wish to change your account to, and tap "Update Account" at the bottom to apply your changes.
